rear suspension for sled pulling
I'm getting a Southbend clutch installed this week, so I'm tempted to try some sled pulling next year.
At some of the the pulls I've watched I've seen some people install a plate or block between the axle and frame. This basically keeps the rear end from coming down on the springs.
I think the idea is it keep your hitch height at the maximum allowed.
So..... do any of the Dodge pullers install a temporary block or spacer to keep the rearend from squatting?
