Stock D-Max quarter mile times

Any of ya'll have any idea what these trucks will run stock? I ran against a dually Friday night, guy said it was stock but he ran consistantly in the mid 15's. I thought this was pretty quick for a stock dually.

95 Ram 2500 4x4, DTT 91% converter, valve body and Mag Hytec pan keep the tranny together. TST#6 plate full forward, 3k governer spring kit, 370 injectors and 191 delivery valves for the fueling. She breathes via BHAF and PDR HX35 16cm turbocharger.
