I can't believe there has been so little talk about Bowling Green.
Division 2 had three of the top four trucks and all of them equipped with Suncoast trannys and Garmon's Diesel Performance 12v power. Joe of Suncoast has been a dream to work with, modifying stall speed as we request. I think all he cares about is that we are happy and go fast.
The Dakota has a single disk converter that has seen duty in three trucks over three years and it is still solid. I love this product!!!
The drag truck has a triple lock and this is one of three Jeff has installed in various trucks. This converter rocks folks!!!
We dyno'd Randy Cobbs truck at 404hp and 860? tq then installed the new complete SunCoast tranny with triple lock. New dyno numbers were 419/930. Think the previous converter was holding all of Randy's power?
Mike Batterson of Division 2 took first place in his 2wd 3500 12v with Suncoast single disk, I took 2nd in the Garmon Dakota with Suncoast single disk, and Jeff shared 3rd with his drag truck, triple lock equipped, and set low ET for the event at 10.96.
Thanks to Jeff Garmon for the power and Joe Webb for putting to the ground. I need one more converter for the DPM 2500, just got to get the funds...
