pressures and temperatures of 4bt(gauges)

im getting redy to buy a few guages for the upcoming swap.what oil pressure does the 4bt run at?water temperature?how much boost out of stock H1C?
also anybody know if the speedometer on the NV4500 is mechanical or electrical?is govenor at 3200RPM?what fuel pressure does it run at?what range volt guage should i get?thanks
