'05 engine into '94 Dodge dually

I've got a friend who has a '94 Dodge dually that currently has a blown-up V10 sitting under the hood.He has access to a brand new '05 engine/auto trans/transfer case.Apparently there was a rail car full of new trucks that were damaged,and a local yard wound up with a few of them.They come with the computers,and his question is how to wire the new components to his current truck (gauges,ect.).Any input would be appreciated.
