This tranny is supposedly off a 99 1 ton?

Does anyone recognize it. Being sold as a 5 speed. Any info would be useful. Its mated up to a 400 small block via converter of some type. nv4500.

Does this sound right? Is there a gas tranny and a diesel tranny?

I was looking at the engine for a different project and was suprised by the tranny.
