4 cylinder Cummins Performance?

I had read somewhere that like the 5.9, the 4 cylinder Cummins motor could benefit a great deal with just the basics. I have an HY35 for it now, and if it will accept 12 valve injectors, I have a couple leftover sets of those also. I have a call in now checking to see if the dellivery valves and injectors will be interchangeable with the 12 valve.
My plan right now is just the HY35, injectors, delivery valves, and timing. Do any of you have a suggestion where to set the timing on these motors. The tag on mine says it's only at 8 degrees. This is a 3.3 with a CPL #2673.
What size injectors and delivery valves would be best with the HY35? It is only rated at 85 hp and 215 tq stock.. I'd like to see a minimum of 150 hp.

Any help is appreciated.
