What is needed?

Does anyone know exactly what is needed to hook a cummins 3.3L to an NV4500. When purchasing things does the number of splines on the transmission matter, type of clutches, etc.
This would be going in a jeep of some sort, eaither a 99' wrangler or an older cj-5, or cj-7. I am looking for bellhousings, flywheels, flywheel housings, etc.
I think this would be a good set up in a jeep because the 3.3 weights so much less than the 3.9, if there are ways to get around the added weight of the 3.9 that are some what easy to do lets hear them.
