Question for those who used a 3rd gen engine in a repower project...

Do you recall which functions are not part of the engine ECU control that had to be addressed?

For example, grid heater operation? Is this controlled entirely by the ECU?
Lift pump operation?

I know some external relays will be required to actually power these, but is the control in the ECU or part of the dodge truck computer.

Any others?
