Who makes CTD to Ford Auto Adapters?

I have a 2000 Ford Excursion 4X4 with a V-10, automatic. I am keeping the 4r100 automatic and going to have it built for this application. Who makes the adapter to mate my 5.9l CTD to the Ford automatic. I have seen fordcummins.com, but is there anybody else that has the adpaters.

Also if there are any other makers of parts - motor mounts, brackets and such that would be helpful also, along with anybody that has pictures or helpful hints, tricks on what to look out for.

I have done a swap into a Chevy before, but not a Ford.
