4 BT in Durango

Im haveing too many issues with my Jetta TDI ,but wife would like a Durango
every one says a 4 BT will fit . great . What mods have to be done to the oil pan etc ,id use an auto trans since i never seen a manual trans dakota or durango ,then match a t-case to use the factory on dash switch set up for t-case . Will the running gear hold up or need swaped out ,this will not be a wheeler just a driver and to elk camp at the very most and very lite tow duty . Any body got a set of motor mounts built that they could build and sell me ,or will 94 and up factory 6bt mounts work ?

any imput will be appreciated ,then i can go buy a gas drinking Durango drive it to i have a 4bt ready to drop in the truck .
