Found a 12 valve donor, but scared

So I'm planning on swapping a 12 valve into a 73-87 style chevy crewcab, neither of which I have yet

Found a cummins donor, but it sounds fishy, bear in mind I haven't seen the truck yet. It's a 95' manual 2wd. He said it's had three engine?!?

Here is his exact email

it is $1000 for the engine, $500 for the transmission. It's a standard transmission with a granny gear. The bed is $500.00. The truck is running, I'll take you for a drive in it. The engine is the third one it's had, I was told it had around 80,000 miles on it. I've put some miles on but not much, as I don't drive it on the street very far. There's no title for it and no way to get one.

I just got another email that said the truck has 400,000 total miles on it, which still doesn't explain three engines.

He's going to send me pictures of the engine, all though I'm not sure what that is going to prove.

How long do turbo's last? What should I be concerned about?
