Need some help identifying a turbo & exhaust housing off a 4BT

I just scored a turbo off a high mount Ford application 4BT... It is a Holset but looks a little small to be a 1990 era H1C.. Also, it is a reman Cummins so it has been replaced (and as a result it is very tight).. What I am really trying to do is figure out which exhaust housing it is. I was under the impression that all 4BTs had 12cm2 housings, but this looks larger, so I am thinking maybe its an 18??

On the housing, numbers are:
300 on one side

Then on the other:
5519410
18 128

I am assuming because there is an 18 there that's what it is?

On the 16's and 12's I've seen, in a random clearly seperated elsewhere on the housing but this doesn't have it...

On the turbo, the numbers are:
Kit: 3802107
Assmbly: 3522068
Serial: 345897

Thanks!
