1992 FORD School Bus 5.9 P7100 Donor?

Hi there,
I just got a really good deal on a 1992 Ford School Bus (Blue Bird) with a 5.9 210 HP motor with the P7100 IP mated to an Allison MT643. Thinking of using this in a Mid 70's Suburban conversion using the MT643 with a Divorced NP205. Think it will work? I've actually got more than one bus coming as it was such a good price. Going to sell either the drivetrains or the whole bus on Ebay.
