HX 35 turbo

Is there an adapter that will allow me to connect 4" right to this turbo? What should I do to this turbo prior to install I hope to get around 400HP and it's currently a stock HX35 turbo. It will go on a 1st gen motor and I need injectors as well. Any suggestions? Thanks
