5.9 Excursion?

Hey all, has anyone out there dropped a 24v 5.9 into an Excursion or PSD Ford Pick-up?
Any insight will be greatly appreciated...I've done a few conversions but all on gasser CJ7 Jeeps (NOT quite the same thing).
