4bt into a 74 Power Wagon

I have a 4bt Cummins That I am getting ready to put into a 74 W200 Power Wagon Funds are low at the time and need some advice. I need to know if the 4 spd Manual tranny will hold up and if so would there be any tricks that may help in mat6ing them together.
