Sizing a intercooler

I’m just about finished with my jeep yj 4bt conversion and need to find an intercooler for it. I found some on eBay (see link below) but I think it would be too small and restrictive for the little 4bt. I wanted to make a custom bumper that the intercooler would fit in. What’s your opinion, how do I size an intercooler to my engine? I will be running HY35/9cm turbo some VE pump tweaks and possibly POD injectors
