6 speed to auto conversion gurus

Ok fellas have a few questions, will the 47RH bolt up to my 5600 bell housing, also will i have to reflash my ecm,also i want to do a floor shifter and need some part numbers or suggestions on what to use, i like the lokar 23" shifter, any help would be great.
