trade 5.9 for 3.9

Hello all. I have a complete 5.9 185 horse "P-pump" 1995 engine that I would like to trade for a "P-pump" turbocharged 3.9 engine. My 5.9 was removed from a spotter truck, so the oil pan is different and there are a few other differences, such as intake top, oil fill and throttle hookup. It was removed because the rings were "stuck" on the #3 cylinder. It was blowing a lot of oil out the exhaust. I removed the head to inspect and the "crosshatching" is still visible in the cylinder walls. It will need standard size rings and I would also replace the bearings, gaskets, etc. It is complete, less the exhaust manifold and turbocharger, which I had to re-use on the spotter truck. It was running perfect, except for oil from exhaust, especially at idle. I hate to get rid of this engine, but I want to get a good 3.9 for a repower project. This engine would make a great repower project for someone. Please let me know if any of yall are interested in a swap. Thanks!
John
