Ford F-350 Crewcab, 6bta Questions.

We have a 99' F-350 crewcab 2wd auto. We were thinking of converting it with a 12 valve Cummins. I was wandering if someone could help me out a little and tell me what all is involved in doing this swap. What all will i need? Can I use the stock ford tranny? I have the engine, wiring harness from the firewall out and computer that is mounted behind the air cleaner box from the dodge. Will I be able to use the ford guages? Any help wiil be appreciated.
