4B juice up...anyone done it?

I think I have the van I want.
(Ford 1/2 ton vans with 4b's can get 26MPG)
There are MANY 4b's out there for CHEAP!

Anyone out there had one of them juiced a little?

I have driven a 4b van for many many miles bone stock, but was wondering what could be done with the pumps on a stocker and the injectors.

If I could get the thing up to a stock 6B's numbers I would be happy.

Anyone got a turned up 4b?
What did you do?
How hot?
Injectors?
How does it run?
