4bt power gains and pumps

what is the maximum output i could get on a 4bt with:
1)NO inter/after cooler and rotary pump?
2)inter/after cooler and rotary pump
3)NO inter/after cooler and inline pump?

im curious, and dont want to spend thousands in doing so, reliability is a concern, but not for 300000 miles

any prices would be nice, i.e. inline pumps are x
