4BTA Internal Counter Balanced

I put a 1999 4BTA Recon in my 1943 Dodge Carryall conversion. The engine runs really smooth, at idle there is no shake at all.

So I am wondering if this engine may be internally Counter Balanced. How can you tell if it has internal counter balance ? Is there anything on the data plate that will tell.
