Question NV4500 speed sensor

I'm still gathering parts for my 4bta into an '89 Chevy 1/2 ton swap. I recently picked up a flywheel, bellhousing, and NV4500 transmission from a '95 Dodge Cummins, so I'm making some progress and my wallet is getting lighter!

My Chevy truck currently has a 700R4 automatic tranny. It has an electronic speedometer than gets its signal from a reluctor ring and sensor in the tailshaft.

It looks like the Doge NV4500 has a gear on the output shaft that drives an electronic sensor to send a signal to the speedometer. It looks like a different system than what GM uses.

Does anyone know how I can get my speedometer to work? Both my Chevy truck and the truck the NV4500 came from are 2WD models.
