Turbo boost vs. H.P. gain estimates?

I'm looking for estimates on h.p. and torque gain per pound of boost pressure increase.
I have an HY35W to bolt on to my 4BT and would like to estimate the h.p. and torque increases I should see over the stock H1C.
I'm looking for estimates assuming no radical changes to the injection settings.
My goal is power with best efficiency, not smoke.
