4.80-4.60 in the same block

Driving down the street I see these two signs about a block apart (rounded the the 1/10 highest) Don't people notice 20cents/gallon these days?

Also: The commodity trade is about to burst the bubble so I hear...as we are at -5% now with reserves piling up.
