Is there any up to date info on order delays?
Does DC have any sort of page that lists what is causing delays on the line? Since all there components are shipped "JUST IN TIME" and often that isn’t soon enough. I check insight often, but my pickup was ordered just over two weeks ago, and does not have a VIN number yet, so it has not shown up on insight. I called up the 800 number at Chrysler and was told that there was a parts delay, but that is all the information the woman could offer. There has to be some way to see what parts they are waiting on, and an estimate on when they will have them. Can anybody help me out or point me in the right direction? Check my signature for my pickup description. If anybody with connections can snoop on my order I ordered it from Serramonte Dodge in Colma, CA. My VON # is 12852983
I am not in any big hurry to get my pickup, but I need to know what is going on so I can sell my current beater Nissan pickup at the right time, so I have that little bit of extra cash when I go to pick up the new toy, and not be without a vehicle for weeks or months.
