New (to me) '99, low mileage caveats?
I bought a '99 4x4 3 months ago with 30,800 miles on it. Yesterday, I watched the odometer turn 40,000, and it occurred to me that my truck is seeing a lot more action than it is used to.
Are there any potential problems I should be aware of in this situation? with just 30k, this truck mostly sat, or if it ran every day, probably hasn't run at the right temperature. Potential problems I've thought of include solutes in fluids, poor lubrication, etc.
Are there any other problems I should be aware of?
Are there specifics I can focus on to ease this truck's transition to daily driver (~100miles), or should I just shut up and drive?
