Cruise Control Operation

When I am in cruise at 50 mph and giong down a long hill, the truck seems to shift down. The engine turned up to 2100 rpm's. Is that normal?

I'm not sure if the truck stats will attach, I am still getting use to the tech stuff. Here are the basic's, 05 325/610 SRW LWB 48RE 4:10's:
