Newbie,2006 Megacab

First time buyer,long time dreamer.I work overseas (korea) and have ordered a 2006 Megacab

,not sure what I need that much truck for but im sure the dogs will love the back seat,lol And can you ever have too much truck?
Anyway my question is what do I need to do to it first,I realize there isnt much it needs,looking at a Jake brake first,then EGT & TRANS temp gauges next.
