Serice Manuals

I'm wanting to purchase a service manual for my 97 3500.

I've seen the Dodge manuals at a few places for $90-99

Cummins offers a "Troubleshooting/Repair" manual for the B Series/12 Valve for $75.

Is there a difference? Is the Cummins one just for the engine and components and the Dodge for the whole truck plus engine?
