New Member, EGT gauge question
Just joined the TDR and...
I have been around diesels for a while farming: Deutz, John Deere, International (Harvester that is), etc, etc, but my Dodge is the first Cummins I have ran and I am tickled to death with it. I have done some mild BOMBing to it with more in the future, so I figured I better get some gauges, I have a EGT gauge on the way and have read about placing it pre-turbo and post-turbo, is there any advantage of one over the other? Post-turbo looks easier, what do you all think?
