Squeaking Brakes

I've been having a really bad problem with my brakes squeaking. It started after i changed my rotors and my pads because one of the one of the pads was digging into the rotor so i decided i would just change both sides. Now these pads are giving off allot of brake dust and seem to be starting to put grooves in the rotors and my pickup is sort of shaking a little when i brake hard. Has anyone ever had this problem?? The brakes not only squeak when i brake but when i'm driving also.
