Poor mileage need advice
Hello, I just filled my tank for the 3rd time since buying my 95 RAm 3500 in August I checked my mileage and I am still only getting about 13.5 Miles per gallon. I have not pulled or caried anything and all my driving has been on fairly level terain. (no mountains or steep hills) I'm a little disapointed in this mileage and looking for advice on how to improve it. I just replaced the air filter so maybe that will help some. How can I tell if my turbo charger is working corectly. Since this is my first diesel I don't know to much. I'm not interested in doing any extensive modifications but would like to improve the mileage. I understand that some people are getting around 18 MPG and that would make me real happy. Any sugestions? DB
