Why can't I find 4.10 truck?

I am upgrading my 01 CTD 2500 SB to a Silver 03 3500 Laramie DRW LWB HO 6spd and want a 4.10 gear rear end. I CAN'T FIND IT!

My dealer has searched 5 NW states, (I live in Washington), and has not located anything yet. I want a Silver Laramie package with a High Output Cummins and the 6 speed transmission all throwing power through the 4.10 but they seem to be as scarce as hens teeth. I have located several trucks equiped with everything but the 4.10 gears. Kind of frustrating since I'd love to have it RIGHT NOW. Nevertheless I did the mature thing and ordered the exact package I want. Now comes the difficult part. Waiting.

Is it really so scarce? Why aren't we able to locate one along the Northwest????
