Strange Noise

I have noticed for a couple of weeks now a ticking noise comming from underneath my truck. It sounds like an exhuast leak. But when I crawled underneath the truck to investigate I noticed that the noise was loudest by the fuel cell and right at the end of my exhaust pipe. This ticking noise is realy annoying. I was wondering if my fuel pump is going out.

I am absolutly clueless as to what it is. Any help would be greatly appraciated. Thanks..
