any Mercedes gurus?

I own a 1992 Mercedes Benz 300D 2.5 liter with a power problem. It runs fine until it is under a load, then no power. It has 220,000 miles on it with all original equipment ie injectors, exhaust, turbo etc. I have unhooked the exhaust no change, changed fuel filter no change, added fuel additive no change, loosened each injector and had a noticable difference in RPM each time. I am at a loss as what this could be. Any info will be greatly apprecriated Thanks
