Rimula VS Rotella

Went to the local truck stop today. They had Shell Rotella and Shell Rimula. What are the differences? Rimula said fleet use for extended drain periods BUT was cheaper than Rotella. Both were 15w-40. I wonder if Rimula STinks as bad as Rotella.
