We have been using the ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfer Diesel) now for two weeks at work according to our fuel manager. He told me this yesterday.This afternoon while I was filling my motorgrader I notice'd the color of the fuel looked lighter color to me,more clear looking with slight greenish tint. Maybe it just looked that way since it was over cast here today. Would the process of removing the sulfer change the color slightly, I don't know, no fuel expert here. I'm curious to see how every thing works out on our machinery an trucks later on. The fuel manager said according to fuel supplier specs no fuel additives would be required.
