Any One Know Anything About Older Mercedes Diesels?

A friend has a customer with a early 70's Mercedes 220D for sale. It has 72K orig. miles, no rust, and other then a few leaking fuel hoses and a cracked dash, is in great condition. It even has the owners manuals and parts book.

Any idea what it is worth? I tried a internet search, but just came back with a lot of parts for sale, and no real info on it.

Any help would be great.
