Is Val Extreme the same as Rotella T Synthetic

Valvoline Extreme was - according to their site - The first approved Cummins CES20071 and CES20076 lubricant http://www.valvoline.com/pages/produ...sp?product=112

If you use Shell Rotella Synthetic - this sheet indicates it meets the new spec as well:

Now what I don't know is if the Shell Rotella T at Wally's (where it is still under $13) is the new stuff or the old.........will have to check. However - since mine is a 2nd gen - I don't need the newer stuff anyway.........

NOW - One of you Oil Guys - tell us Dummy's what the shell chart is really telling us????? I notice that One of the Four is a Full Synthetic - but not sure what the values mean and how they compare to the competition. I do like a 0-40 oil however.......
