Another "What's it worth"

Sorry guys but I do not know, and I want to give my buddy at least a decent idea.

He's considering selling his truck and wants to know what a good price is.

Don M 370 Injectors

New wheels (AR Baja look-a-likes)
New tires 305/70/16 Courser A/T's
Pioneer CD player
Tow package + gooseneck & brake box
Body is in very good shape, truck has a little over 260K miles, maybe closer to 270K now (haven't talked to him in a while).

I have no idea what to price his truck at, all of these BOMB's have been done within the last year too.

So if someone can help me out I'd appreciate it.
