Getting screwed by high fuel prices, now Walmart.

First we got screwed with the price of fuel now Walmart wants to screw really screw us. I was there today and purchased a gall of power Service and was really surprised by how much they raised there price on the stuff. The last time I bought it, it was like $9.99 a gallon, now its $11.99 a gallon, and yes I was asked if I was over the age of 18 also.
Are the prices of all fuel additives up?
