New Holland 7610 hydraulics

Anyone have any experience with adjusting the speed of the 3 point hitch and loader hydraulics? I can see the adjustments for the two hydraulic boxes on the rear of the tractor for implements. I wanted to be able to speed up the 3pt hitch and make some adjustments to the loader.
