Sick of diesel price threads...........

I am truly sorry for all of you that are upset at the price of fuel and are regretting getting a diesel. That being said there are 6 threads in this forum alone with members crying about the price of diesel- It is up, yes it sucks....do us all a favor and DON'T START ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT IT- If it is that big of a deal, sell your truck and buy a gas/ electric hybrid. I am tired of the bitching.......Lets do some math: diesel at 2.50 per gallon x 35 gallons = 87.50 per fillup- 18 mpg = 630 miles - Mid-grade unleaded 2.10 per gallon x 35 gallons 73.50 per fillup - 12 mpg + 420 miles

630 divided by 87.50 per tank = 7.20 miles per dollar on diesel
420 divided by 73.50 per tank = 5.71 miles per dollar on gas

Stop crying- you could have a hemi and be worse off
