'95 Chevy 6.5 fuel economy

New owner of an older GM (steal of a deal) wants to know what is the best fuel economy that can be expected for a 2500series 4WD automatic with no load?
Are there any tuning tricks or aftermarket accessories that can improve upon 14.8 MPG?
