Ford Sites

Could someone send a couple of links to "good" Ford sites; My cousin is quite frustrated with his three year old Ford and thinks that buying a new one would be a solution. I'm hoping that he'll become aware of their problems and perhaps think better of it. He complains to me when his doesn't perform well and doesn't believe much of what I relate
