looking for a diesel

I have buyer for my 1992 d250 4x4 ctd for $8,000, 1992 with 77k miles auto trans. The dodge rides too rough and after driving 1500 miles a 2000 PSD lariat 6spd that my buddy sold for $16,000 I am wanting to upgrade to more power

I am going to look for a replacement. looking in the local papers I see the following. I want something newer, and a diesel, but am limited in the experience. I have $15,000 but want to put more towards the mortgage.
please any suggestions? I want best value (assuming all are in good condition) and I would like to sell it in a few years and pick up a 2005/2006 dodge second hand.

*99 CDT extracab dually 5spd with new lift and injection pump for $12000

*97 gmc 6.5liter 4x4 135k miles $7500

*99 ford 7.3L extra sab new trans 185k $10,000 auto with perf chip and dent.

*1996 Dodge Ram 3500 ctd extra cab Truck auto 140k salvage title though$7,200
