I Passed the Washington State Emissions Test.

OK - I was worried about passing and RIP told me to keep the comp on 1 v 1 - I had to snap - meaning floor her - these are the results. Note that I had a Reading of 8 with an upper limit of 40. I noticed that I had very little smoke and I can make her look like a TRactor Pull......
